Medical Records Challenge


Design an application that combines

1) medical data about a given patient stored in their own patient-controlled personal health record with

2) live data from a symptom tracker relevant to a given chronic disease to trigger retrieval or receipt of research- based recommendations relevant to that specific patient, and present those recommendations both to the patient within their PHR and to the health care providers’ EMR that shares medical data with that patient’s PHR.
